Applications

  • Professional gold prospecting and treasure hunting
  • Search for natural gold, gold ore and gold nuggets
  • Detection of soil anomalies and buried metal objects
  • Search for cavities, voids, tunnels, tombs, caves and graves
  • 3D visualization of measured ground data
  • 2D live mode search for fast field orientation
  • Use on rocky, mineralized and difficult soils
  • Metal discrimination with integrated GOLD SCAN III technology

Best suited for

Best for professional users and serious searchers who need a powerful 3D ground scanner for deep ground analysis, cavity detection, gold prospecting and integrated metal discrimination.

How it works

The GPA 1000 XS uses GPA sensor technology to measure changes in the ground. These changes can be caused by metal objects, mineral structures, cavities or other soil anomalies.

The measured data is transmitted wirelessly via Bluetooth to the supplied Android tablet and displayed in the GPA Visualizer app. Scan data can be viewed in 2D live mode or as a 3D visualization for later analysis.

The integrated GOLD SCAN III pulse induction detector adds metal discrimination. Conductivity values and metal type indications help distinguish metals such as gold, copper, aluminum and ferrous metal during field work.

Bought GPA 1000 in 2014 and still working to date in Africa.
Ismet Germany
I bought the GPA 1000 XS for treasure hunting in Turkey. At the beginning, I got some help from the KTS technicians because I was not familiar with tablet computers. Then it was easy, and I have already been searching on the mountain and found old gold figurines and coins at a depth of almost 5 meters among the rocks.

We are a group of friends who acquired the KTS GPA 1000 XS. We knew exactly where to search, and we were successful.
George Uganda
We purchased the GPA 1000 many years ago and used it nearly every day. We sold it and acquired the new GPA 1000 XS. The new probe is lighter and the two extra batteries are very convenient for field work.
Myra Philippines
We have been using the GPA 1000 since 2015. The KTS team is very accommodating and ready to provide assistance.
Hamza Lebanon
Even though my device is more than 10 years old, the KTS team answered my questions and helped me with repair steps after the warranty had expired.
